Thats a lie i always sleep 6 or less ours for many many years now and i am still the same and most of the time much sharper then most of the people around me i have adhd and use that energy in a good way. If i sleep more then 6 ours i am to active in my brain and cant find the rest to function like other people so for me less sleep gifs me more rest in my head i dont need more sleep. I have weeks sleeping 5 days only 3 or 4 ours because i am to active in my head processing what happend that day on work and next day i am the same focust person like someone else sleeping 8 ours and i dont need the coffee to start up. Or bones from the jaw (“hearing” via vibrations in the jaw) migrating over time to form the 3 ear bones for hearing via an ear. Scientists have not mailed down a lot of areas yet. Specialists devoting their careers to this leave it open, but definitely do not jump to the conclusion that God created these things.
